Job OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Corporate Relations Specialist to join our team. This entry level position is perfect for a recent graduate or someone new to the industry who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth of our client base and enhancing our market presence.

ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with companies, industries, and recruiters to create placement opportunities for students.Actively engage with employers to explore job opportunities, internships, and partnerships for student placement.Provide career counselling, resume building workshops, and interview preparation sessions for students.Maintain placement records and provide regular reports on placement metrics, including employment rates and company feedback.Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and corporate talks.Work closely with faculty and academic teams to align the curriculum with industry needs and employer expectations.Regularly follow up with placed students and employers to ensure successful onboarding and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

QualificationsBBA or an MBA or equivalent degree.Strong interest in corporate relations, business development and sales.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with excellent attention to detailProficient in MS office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
