As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) youwill play a pivotal role in steering the financial strategyand ensuring the companys financial healthand sustainability. You will collaborate closely with the executiveteam to drive financial planning analysisand reporting as well as provide strategic insights to supportbusiness growth and operationalefficiency.
Responsibilities
Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financialstrategies aligned with business objectivesensuring sustainable growth andprofitability. Financial Reporting: Overseethe preparation of accurate and timely financial reports includingincome statements balance sheets and cashflow statements. Financial AccountingOversight: Ensure accurate and timely recording of financialtransactions in accordance with generallyaccepted accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatoryrequirements. P&L Analysis andOptimization: Analyze revenue streams cost structures andprofitability drivers to optimize thecompanys P&L performance identifying opportunities forrevenue growth and margin improvement.Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecastingprocesses to provide insights into financialperformance and support decisionmaking. RiskManagement: Identify and mitigate financial risks through effectiverisk management practices and ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements.Investor Relations: Manage relationships with investors andstakeholders providing transparent andtimely financial updates andinsights. Investor Relations: Serve as theprimary point of contact for investors and analysts managinginvestor communications presentations andmeetings to promote transparency and build investorconfidence. Capital Management: Optimizecapital allocation and fundraising activities to support businessexpansion and strategicinitiatives. Financial Operations:Streamline financial operations processes and systems to enhanceefficiency andscalability. Team Leadership: Build andmentor a highperforming finance team fostering a culture ofcollaboration innovation and continuousimprovement.
Qualifications
  • 8yearsexperiencein fintech & digital transformation with an educationalbackground in Finance along with an MBA or a post graduate degreefrom a toptier institute. CA ismandatory.
  • Proven experience inprofit and loss management business development and revenuegeneration.
  • Strong track record of driving andexecuting digital strategies with significant business impactdelivered
  • Hands on in architecture of digitalroadmaps developing and deploying scalable products andcollaborating with crossfunctional teams acrosslevels.
  • Adept with digital transformationtechnologies automation data & analytics to be abreast withindustry trends.
  • Strong financial acumen andanalytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financialdata and trends.
