Summary:
We are seeking an experienced React JS Developer to join our dynamic Development department. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-10 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on React JS. As a React JS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user interface components using React concepts and workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interface components using concepts and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in web development.
- Collaborate with the back-end development team to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and guidance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4-10 years of experience in web development, with a focus on React JS.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Experience with popular workflows (such as Redux, Flux, or Context API).
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Experience with code versioning tools such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
