Location- Noida (Work from Office)
Role and Responsibilities :
- Setup performance marketing across Google, Facebook, other biddable platforms, affiliates & Seo
- Build an ROI driven lead generation strategy to maximize online sales
- Oversee all aspects of paid media campaigns for optimization, scale up & efficiency
- Lead generation from SEO
- Drive conversion optimization & required automation on Google, Facebook, Lead squared CRM & other platforms
- Drive a defined rhythm for improving Landing page conversion rates
- Conduct extensive research, analysis and testing of keyword performance & ad copies Critical and in-depth analysis of third-party analytics and campaign management tools Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel
Requirements and Expertise :
- 3 to 5 years - hands on experience in performance marketing exclusively
- Excellence in paid advertising channels like Facebook Ads, Instagram ads, Google Display ads, Search Ads, YouTube Ads.
- A combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail and good business judgement.
- Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
- Expertise in Excel
