WHAT YOU’LL DO:to the Data Analytics & Engineering organization, where you’ll manage data resources, report development, and automate dashboards for our business stakeholders in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineeringthe lead subject matter expert about the data, tools, and modern analytical techniques leveraged to best answer business questions, provide recommendations, and support strategic initiativeswith users to define business requirements for Tableau reports and dashboardsanalyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various forms from multiple data sourceshighly optimized queries in Big Query to perform analysis, share business insights, present data trends, or understand data anomaliesstrategic business decision-making through detailed analytics, insights, and real-time reportingwith other data scientists, data / BI analysts, and product ownersactivities, plans, and progress of our analytical initiatives to business stakeholdersour core business and the key success drivers of our customersdata analysis experience and prior experience mining data to drive key business initiativesproblems that can be solved by leveraging data sciencepresenting technical findings and summarizing key insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, including senior managementwith Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering to support various data management, data quality, and data governance initiatives

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:years of relevant experience in a data science, business analytics, business intelligence, or comparable data engineering role, including data warehousing and business intelligence tools, techniques and technologyyears of Tableau development experienceyears of Big Query experienceSQL and query-tuning skillsworking with dbt and semantic modelsof Salesforce is preferredto learn quickly and execute tasks independentlywith an analytical mindset and respond quickly to requestsin Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint a mustwriting and presentation skills to summarize key insights for technical and non-technical audiencesand analytical problem solver who is comfortable in a fast-paced environmentto frame complex analytical problems, pull data, and dive deep into data analysis that arises with effective solutions
