At Amazon, we're looking for a results-driven Program Manager to lead our medical annotation operations. You will work closely with a of large medical professionals, driving operational excellence through data-driven decision making and continuous process improvement.

Key job responsibilities
Operations Management

  • Manage daily work allocation and scheduling for medical annotators at scale
  • Monitor real-time annotation queues and redistribute workload to prevent bottlenecks
  • Create predictive analytics for capacity planning
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures

Productivity Management

  • Develop scalable frameworks to track, audit and report productivity of each individual annotators-based volumes and quality of annotations
  • Implement productivity improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with medical quality manager on complex cases

Reporting

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and performance analytics
  • Develop comprehensive BI dashboards for reporting to AHS and One Medical leaders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
