Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Functional Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Payroll modules. The role will involve working closely with clients to understand their payroll requirements, configuring Oracle Payroll to meet those needs, and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Business Teams (HR) teams
- Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud product
- Should have done end to end configuration of Payroll module for Qatar and UAE Legislations.
- Must be expert in module-based Fast Formulas in Payroll and Absence.
- Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing including integration testing
- Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities
- Understand the business requirements and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle HCM Cloud
Qualifications:
- Should have a total of at least 10+ years IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience on any Middle East Payroll (Doha, Qatar, dubai, Saudi, UAE etc)
- Oracle cloud HCM expert and will be assigned to implementation/support projects where your domain experience on Recruitment/HR will be use.
- Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology.
- Design, and build/configuration of complex requirements in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
- Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions and reports.
- Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
