QA & QC Executive

Job Discription :

• Handling quality problems of incoming materials & It is also to track and deal with the quality issues found during the inspection.
• Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and dimension tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Knowledge about Stainless steel and Hastelloy materials (Like SS304, SS316, Alloy 22, Alloy 276 etc.)
• Basic knowledge of ASME codes and GMP requirements.
• Follow up & coordination with vendors for mill test certificate or inspection report.
• Responsible for accurately completing the Quality Control Inspection Report.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Review the mill test certificate or lab testing report.
• Stage wise inspection.
• Positive material identification (PMI) inspection.
• Responsible for QC Dossier file preparation.
• Outdoor inspection at sub vendors.
