We are looking for an experienced school professional to join as Manager – Operations (School Subscription) . The ideal candidate should have worked as an Academic Coordinator, Section Head, or Administrator in a reputed middle or high school and possess an in-depth understanding of how schools function. This role involves managing the implementation and servicing of our school subscription programs, ensuring that all partner schools receive smooth, timely, and high-quality delivery of promised academic and operational initiatives. Location: Noida Key Accountability & Responsibilities Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned partner schools. Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end implementation of school subscription programs. Ensure that all deliverables - academic, administrative, and support services are executed on time. Collaborate with internal academic, product, and marketing teams to manage school engagements. Maintain detailed trackers, reports, and calendars for ongoing school activities. Identify operational challenges and ensure quick, effective resolutions. Supervise and mentor Operations Associates supporting execution and coordination. Qualification Criteria 8 to 10 years of experience working as a Coordinator / Admin Head / Section Head in a reputed K-12 school (middle or high school). Strong understanding of school operations, academic coordination, and stakeholder communication. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. Organised, process-driven, and proactive.
