We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and efficient HR Executive/Trainee to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR policy communication, and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experienced in a fast-paced and people-centric work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing candidates to issuing offer letters.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain accurate HR records including compensation, incentives, health, and insurance data.
- Update and manage employee master data in the ERP HR module.
- Support workplace safety compliance and handle related HR issues.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives such as activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Clearly communicate HR policies to employees and address related queries.
- Handle employee grievances and serve as a liaison between HR and staff.
Key Skills Required
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Smart, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
- A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Prior internship or experience in HR recruitment/operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR tools, ERP software, or Excel is an added advantage.
