Key Responsibilities

Finance & Budgeting (TDS, GST, Ledger knowledge/ Experience candidates will be a plus)

- Knowledge of TDS, GST & Ledger knowledge - Experience candidates will be a plus.

- Participate in budgeting exercises, cost analysis, and financial reporting.

- Assist in preparing financial models for new business proposals and operational reviews.

- Support audits and compliance documentation related to maritime finance standards.

Marketing & Business development ( Online Presence Lead Generation, Graphic Designing, Knowledge of Meta tool will be plus)

- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns tailored to maritime services and training programs.

- Support digital outreach, social media strategy, and content creation aligned with brand identity.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

HR/ Counsellor (Calling Management knowledge will be a plus)

- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (telephonic or virtual)

- Assist in converting leads into enrolments through trust-building conversations.

- Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for shipowners and institutional partners.

- Track industry trends and help identify strategic partnerships or expansion opportunities.

Learning Outcomes

- Holistic understanding of maritime business functions and global compliance frameworks.

- Practical exposure to strategic planning, stakeholder communication, and operational execution.

- Development of analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills in a dynamic industry setting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Recent graduate in Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- Passion for the maritime industry and global business environments.

- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn from diverse challenges.
