Role Overview:Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:Lead the development and execution of advanced data analytics and data science projects.

Design and implement robust statistical models to solve complex business problems.

Oversee the analysis of large datasets to derive actionable insights and recommendations.

Ensure the quality and accuracy of data analysis and predictive modeling.

Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present findings to stakeholders.

Operational Leadership:Manage the day-to-day operations of the Data Science and Data Analytics team, ensuring efficient workflow and project delivery.

Develop and implement processes and best practices for data analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.

Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Strategic Planning:Collaborate with senior leadership to define the data strategy and roadmap aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and project plans.

Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Stakeholder Management:Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights that support their goals.

Communicate complex data concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in data science, data analytics, or a related field.

Proven experience in leading and managing data teams, with a strong focus on operational efficiency.

Expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modelling.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and programming languages (Python, R).

Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts for a diverse audience.

Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a bonus.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
