Job Role: Cafe Server/Executive (Hotels/Hospitality)

Duration: Full time

Location: Lansdowne, Uttarakhand

Work Experience: 0-3 years (in hospitality)

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers courteously upon their arrival- Escort customers to their tables and present menus- Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately- Ensure customers' satisfaction by attending to their needs and requests- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, including tables and chairs- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance customer experience- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues professionally- Process payments accurately and efficiently- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma in hotel management or relevant course in hospitality- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Strong customer service orientation- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and offerings- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods- Attention to detail and cleanliness- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Team player mentality and willingness to collaborate- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
