The ideal candidate will contribute to teaching, research, and development activities, fostering an engaging learning environment for undergraduate and postgraduate students.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.- Develop and update course curricula, instructional materials, and laboratory experiments.- Supervise student projects, dissertations, and research activities.- Engage in scholarly research and publish in reputed journals and conferences.- Collaborate with industry and academia to foster research and development initiatives.- Participate in departmental and institutional committees and activities.- Contribute to curriculum development and quality enhancement processes.- Guide and mentor students for academic and extracurricular pursuits.Qualifications and Skills:- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field; Ph.D. Mandatory- Experience: Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate/postgraduate level is desirable.- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of EEE core areas such as Power Systems, Control Systems, Electrical Machines, Power Electronics, Signal Processing, and Embedded Systems.- Research & Publications: Demonstrated research aptitude with publications in reputed journals and conferences.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Additional Skills: Ability to work collaboratively, innovative thinking, and a commitment to academic excellence.Eligibility Criteria:- Candidates should meet the minimum qualification criteria as per university norms.- Preference may be given to candidates with relevant research experience and publications.
