Job Description :


Role : SAP ABAP Consultant with BW

Experience : Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience

Model : Work from Office

Location : Bangalore


- Strong Knowledge of ABAP in BW scenarios, Development of BW Objects, which includes Prototyping & Technical Specifications.


- Expert in creating Info objects, Info Cubes, ODS/DSO Objects, Info Sets, Mult providers, Data sources, Info sources, Process Chains, Transfer rules, Update Rules, transformations, data transfer process.


- Expert in BEx Query Designer restricted key figures, Calculated Key figures, Formulas, Exception Aggregation, Formula Variables etc., BEx analyser, Views and Work Books.


- Modelling of Custom Info objects, Info object maintenance, Data Sources, Info Sources, Analysis process designer (APD), Info packages, PSA, Advanced DSO objects, DSO Objects, Info cubes, Data Marts, Info Providers, Multi Providers, Aggregates


- Expert in design & create info cubes and master data info objects using Data transfer process

and type's of DTP's i.e. Standard DTP, Error DTP


- Expert in writing ABAP in transformation routines like Start or End or Expert routine.


- Expert in writing or debugging ABAP code for Object oriented classes and Function modules.


- Ability to analyse functional and technical needs and identify gaps and alternative solutions relative to existing design.


- Ability to work in dynamic environment and managing various-nature tasks in the areas of -support and project delivery.


- Expertise in BW Advanced data modelling using Eclipse Tool.


- Good Understand/Knowledge on Advanced BW Modelling, CDS Views, SQL & ABAP.


- Exposure/Knowledge on OData service/binding the service etc.


- Worked extensively on Finance Extractors, HR Head count, Flat File Extractions and Generic Extractions.


- Having knowledge on using SAP delivered information structures, User defined information Structures for extracting data from different Logistic Information system (LIS).


- Data load Management, Event processing and reporting Optimizations. Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.


- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude


- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced & complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic; utilize sound judgment with an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.


- Ability to work in a virtual environment in a global organization
