Roles and Responsibilities Greeting customers and assessing their service needs promptly and courteously. Preparing accurate job cards and updating them with any changes or additional services. Conducting thorough vehicle inspections to identify and record issues requiring attention. Scheduling service appointments, ensuring optimal use of service department resources.
