Job Title: Senior Data Analyst – Manufacturing / Jewellery Industry

Location: Charni Road East, Mumbai
Salary: ₹8 LPA – ₹13 LPA
Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Career Stability Required)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Reporting To: Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to drive business insights and decision-making in a reputed jewellery manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and business intelligence, with a proven ability to convert raw data into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business insights.
  • Develop statistical models and perform predictive / trend analysis.
  • Provide actionable recommendations directly to the Director for strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain data dashboards, visualizations, and performance reports.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and finance teams to support data-driven initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst (not MIS).
  • Industry preference: Manufacturing or Jewellery.
  • Strong command over Excel (advanced functions, VBA a plus).
  • Solid foundation in Statistics, data modelling, and analytical techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
  • Proven career stability with long-term roles in previous companies.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving mindset, and ability to present data insights effectively.
