MandatoryA Bachelor's degree from a recognized college/university in STEM - Maths, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering etc.0-3 years of software engineering experienceAbility to work both independently and as part of a global teamStrong analytical and problem solving skills with an attention to detailFamiliar with applying OOP concepts in environments with challenging performance demandsGood communication skills with an effective level of English proficiencyA passion for technologyBeneficialKnowledge in financial markets and/or financial technologies (e.g., FIX protocol etc.)Experience in version control technologiesExperience working on LINUX/UNIX systemsExperience with multi-threaded programming and performance profiling
