Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated
Sales Executive
to join our team in Palladam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward the perfect gifting solutions. This role involves building strong customer relationships and contributing to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through calls, messages, and in-person interactions to explain our products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gift options.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships by providing excellent service.
• Work toward achieving sales targets and support overall business development.

Requirements

• Proficiency in
  Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi
  (essential for serving our customer base). Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers, handle objections, and close sales.
• Prior sales experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
