About the Job:
We are searching for a Claim processing and wants to make a real impact on the DPO.
Manage and enable Supplier CatalogsIdentify catalog expansion opportunitiesFacilitate the setup/connection of punch out catalogsFacilitate the setup of internal catalogsNegotiate pricing and special terms with supplierMaintain catalogs in the system- Price/ Availability of products/ services checksProvide necessary reports on catalogs as requested

1. End to end knowledge of S2P and P2P processes and systems2. Knowledge and experience of Indirect strategic sourcing, spend analytics, Category mgmt, Contract mgmt, Catalog Mgmt, Tail spend mgmt, Third party risk assessment etc..3. Experience managing sourcing events such as RFx, eAuction, working with client stakeholders and suppliers to identify optimum supplier and pricing4. Good commercial and negotiation experience in procurement delivery/Operations5. Develop strategies/identify opportunities for annual value improvements & cost Savings targets.6. Ensure contractual aspects are adequately addressed.7. Drive productivity through process improvement, automation and live dashboards8. Ensure 100% compliance on KPIs and CPIs9. Strong and proactive verbal and written communication skills10. Effective interpersonal skills and ability to establish trust and credibility with client stakeholders and HCLTech teams11. Knowledge of ERP (Ariba, SRM, iProcurement) added advantage12. Developed and executed Category specific procurement strategies13. Work closely with cross functional teams to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions14. Market research : Stay updated on market trends, industry developments and emerging technologies15. Candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in S2P and P2P for Indirect procurement16. Minimum 10yrs of managerial and should have handled team across globe specially in Europe and US17. BPO Experience providing Sourcing and Procurement as a service
