It is built on the latest open-source technologies for web and mobile platforms, targeting specific roles in a campus. Camu aims to bridge the gap between parents, students, and educational organizations, and is backed by a team of highly reputed academic personnel.


1)Product Analyst -3 positions


Expectations:


 Expertise in Product IT Implementation in India (experience in Education is a strong

Plus)

 Demonstrated expertise in Customer management at various levels

 Outstanding Communication Skills

 A go-getter with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction

 Travel within India and International travel as needed


Responsibilities:

 Manage a team of 5 resources to deliver the implementation and support services

 Execute the Implementation/Support Services as per the defined processes

 Get Milestone Sign offs in a timely manner on the implementation and support

 Ensure Accounts Receivable for the respective


2) Jr Product Specialist


Job Summary:  Seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to create engaging product videos, develop comprehensive documentation, and perform product demonstrations for pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English, with proficiency in Hindi being highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities


Product Video Creation:

  • Develop and produce high-quality product videos to showcase features, benefits, and usage instructions.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure videos align with branding and product messaging.

Product Documentation:

  • Create detailed and easy-to-understand user manuals, guides, FAQs, and other documentation for Camu products.
  • Update and maintain product documentation to reflect new features and changes.
  • Work with the product team to understand the technical aspects and simplify complex concepts for users.

Product Demonstrations:

  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations for potential customers during pre-sales activities.
  • Customize demonstrations to address specific customer needs and queries.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations of product features and benefits, ensuring customers understand how the product meets their needs.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and customer support.
  • Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously improve product presentations and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Hindi is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
  • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
