Job Overview SDS is seeking a Junior Technician to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The Junior Technician will play a crucial role in supporting security setup and maintenance, working on-site with clients to ensure reliability and efficiency in security systems. Join us to contribute to a safer future with industry-leading technology and practices. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in CCTV installation with strong technical acumen (Mandatory skill). Solid experience in customer support, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication (Mandatory skill). Experience in wiring and cabling, demonstrating accuracy and adherence to safety standards (Mandatory skill). Knowledge of alarm systems is essential, showcasing ability to troubleshoot and maintain these systems. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and reliability. Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Roles and Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems. Work closely with clients, providing thorough support and technical guidance for their security setups. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot security systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with the security solutions team to customize and improve security setups tailored to client needs. Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions. Maintain accurate records of installations and service activities, ensuring proper documentation. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations in all tasks performed. Deliver high-quality customer service and support, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
