Objectives of this role
We are searching for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineering Lead with 12-15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in various technologies and tools, including Python, OracleDB/MySQL, DevOps practices (Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes), Ansible, Terraform, Jinja 2, Helm, as well as cloud platforms such as VMware, OpenStack, and Azure.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of full stack solutions.
Architect and develop robust applications using Python and relational databases like OracleDB and MySQL.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate software delivery processes.
Containerize applications and manage orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes for scalability and reliability.
Utilize infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible and Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration tasks.
Develop and maintain templates using Jinja 2 and Helm to streamline deployment processes.
Manage cloud infrastructure on VMware, OpenStack, and Azure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing best practices to enhance development processes and product quality.
