Responsibilities:

We seek a talented and passionate content writer to join our growing HR technology startup. You will be responsible for creating high-quality content that educates, informs, and engages our target audience of HR professionals and business leaders.

Develop and implement content strategy for our website, blog, social media channels, and marketing materialsWrite engaging and informative blog posts, articles, and other forms of content that educate and inform potential customersWriting case studies and success stories showcasing how the technology has helped other businesses, building trust and credibilityConduct keyword research for optimizing content for search engines (SEO) to ensure our content appears at the top of search results for relevant keywordsCreate social media content that is relevant, shareable, and drives traffic to our websiteWriting personalized content for email outreach and marketing campaignsWriting scripts for promotional videos, tutorials, and explainer videosCreating content that addresses current trends and challenges in the HR industry, positioning Spire as a leader in innovationCollaborate with other team members, including marketing, sales, and product development, to create effective content campaigns

Requirements:

Master's degree in English, journalism, marketing, or a related field3 to 5 years of experience writing contentStrong understanding of SEO best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPassion for HR technology and the future of work
