Now, we are looking for a
visionary National Sales Manager
to lead our ambitious growth journey, expand Lafit's footprint across India, and shape the future of premium lighting.

drive nationwide transformation, build powerful networks, and inspire high-performing teams in one of the fastest-growing industries.

What You'll Do

  • Strategize & Lead:
    Develop and execute a
    3-year rolling national sales strategy
    with clear product and regional goals.
  • Expand Nationwide:
    Drive growth through
    exclusive Lafit Galleries
    and a robust dealer network.
  • Build Influence:
    Strengthen relationships with
    Lighting Consultant
    ,
    architects, interior designers, PMCs, MEP consultants, developers, and retailers.
  • Lead Teams:
    Inspire, mentor, and empower regional, B2B, and project sales managers across India.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Monitor sales targets, ensure efficient collections, manage inventory, and optimize channel performance.
  • Team Building:
    Design dynamic incentive models and implement impactful training programs for teams & partners.
  • Collaborate:
    Work closely with Production, R&D, and Quality Control teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions and meet customer demands.

Who We're Looking For

  • Education:
    MBA in Sales & Marketing (Engineering background preferred).
  • Experience:
    10+ years in the
    Lighting industry
    , with 3+ years in a national/regional leadership role.
  • Strengths:
  • • Strategic thinker with execution excellence
  • • Proven ability to build & scale nationwide dealer networks
  • • Strong leadership & team development skills
  • • Excellent communication, networking & negotiation abilities
  • • Visionary, results-driven, and growth-focused mindset
