Join us to shape the future of student decision-making.Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 3–5 years of professional experience in building cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Flutter framework, Dart language, mobile app architecture, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant applications.Key Responsibilities- Design and develop advanced applications using Flutter & Dart for both Android and iOS.- Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect code.- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, AWS understanding.- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.- Optimize application performance, fix bugs, and ensure high stability.- Implement best practices in code structure, state management, and app security.Required Skills & Experience- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development.- Minimum 2.5+ years of strong experience with Flutter & Dart.- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management.- Experience with REST APIs, JSON integration.- Knowledge of Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics, etc.).- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.- Familiarity with platform-specific integrations (Android/iOS native modules).- Understanding of app deployment processes on Google Play Store & Apple App Store.- Strong problem-solving skills, debugging, and optimization techniques.
