Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team at NOW Media. In this role, you will lead the design process across diverse branding and visual identity projects, conceptualize and execute compelling visuals, and collaborate closely with strategy and content teams to bring brands to life. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high design standards, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring every output reflects our agency’s creative excellence. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design brand identities, visual systems, packaging, and marketing collaterals. Translate strategy and concepts into memorable visual executions across digital and print. Collaborate with strategists, writers, and art directors to develop cohesive brand narratives. Lead and manage multiple design projects from brief to delivery, maintaining consistency and quality. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and direction. Ensure projects align with brand positioning, creative strategy, and client expectations. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team’s work fresh and innovative. Work closely with production vendors and developers to ensure design accuracy across outputs. Maintain an understanding of client businesses and creatively solve design challenges. Qualifications: 4 – 8 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Senior Designer in a branding or design agency. Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, packaging, and marketing design work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Figma is a plus. Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and composition. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to balance creativity with strategy and problem-solving. Experience handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and managing client expectations. Keen attention to detail and passion for visual storytelling.
