We are a renowned player in the manufacturing industry, specializing in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Engineer Production - Roll Forming to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process of our roll forming machines, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.

As an Engineer Production - Roll Forming, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production plans, monitor the performance of the roll forming machines, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize the production processes. Additionally, you will be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that our manufacturing operations are streamlined and cost-effective.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the production process of roll forming machines
  • Develop and implement production plans, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards
  • To Ensure availability of GP( PURLIN )/PPGL(SHEETING ) material at Roll forming area as per rolling plan. Co-ordination with PPC for Rolling of material.
  • To monitoring and ensure the production stage wise and project wise and updated records daily basis.
  • Documenting current production procedures and create Company standards to improve the efficiency of the Production Department.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to the Company’s production processes.
  • Maintain knowledge and technical expertise of current production best practices tools and techniques and implement them in a reasonable and responsible manner.
  • Support the Pasternack Quality System. Lead, develop and mentor the Production team.
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing and production processes and concepts. The ability to work effectively in a team situation as well as independently.
  • Minimize overall production costs while maximizing productivity.
  • To knowledge about the SAP for Production module.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
  • Minimum of 5 years manufacturing engineering experience, with specific experience in Roll Forming and PEB Components.
  • Strong knowledge of roll forming machines and processes
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting technical issues
  • Proven ability to develop and implement production plans
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software is a plus
  • Experience in the PEB industry is a plus
