Product-UIUX Design Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered designs that drive user engagement and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Inspire: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 4-5 designers, leading creative sessions and fostering a learning environment to enhance their skills in user experience and interface design.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Developers, and Project Managers, to ensure alignment on design goals and objectives.- User-Centered Design: Create user-centered designs through research, competitor analysis, and understanding of technical constraints and opportunities.- Design Creation: Rapidly develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas for new features and projects.- Industry Insight: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, competitor products, and industry standards to incorporate best practices into the design process.- UI/UX Audits & Testing: Perform regular audits and user tests to improve and optimize existing designs, ensuring continuous improvement in user experiences.- Simplify Complex Processes: Transform complex processes into intuitive, simple, and elegant designs that enhance usability and overall user experience.- Maintain Design Systems: Establish and manage comprehensive user-interface patterns and specifications, ensuring consistency and coherence across all designs.- Collaboration with Development: Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented to the highest standards, reviewing development to ensure design fidelity.- Seamless Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems that empower the design team and development team to create efficient, consistent user experiences.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Conduct at least one major training session each quarter for the design team.- Successfully design a minimum of 2 websites and 2-3 landing pages per year.Skills and Expertise Required:- 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in the B2C sector.- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, back-end development logic, and SEO principles.- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams.- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.- Strong attention to detail and a keen analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in prototyping, wireframing, visual design, and user research.- Ability to lead and foster creativity within a design team.- Experience in B2C design projects is a must.Tools You’ll Master:- Primary Tools:- Figma- Adobe XD- Secondary Tools:- Google Analytics- Hotjar- Microsoft Clarity- Google Docs, Sheets, Slides- Excel, Word, PowerPointWhy Join Us?- Be part of a growing team with an exciting future in the B2C industry.- Work in an environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and personal growth.- Lead a talented team and have a direct impact on the design and user experience of our products.- Competitive salary and benefits package.If you are passionate about user-centred design, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in the B2C sector, we would love to hear from you.
