You'll drive end-to-end development from design to delivery, make strategic technology decisions, and mentor junior engineering talent. Working within our entrepreneurial team, you'll drive development of high-performance systems, implementing industry-leading design patterns and coding practices.Your role combines technical leadership with hands-on development. You'll mentor junior engineers while partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Strong communication skills are essential as you'll lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.You'll contribute to innovation through emerging technologies and business challenges.
