Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kanpur for a Business Development Agri Input professional. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding and analyzing market trends, and driving growth within the Agri input sector. Additionally, the role entails developing strategies to enhance the company's market presence and closely collaborating with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Analysis
  • Knowledge of Agri-Tech Solutions and the Indian Agri value chain
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in strategy development and implementation
  • Experience in farming, agri-business management, or related fields is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
