Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Graphic Designer, located in New Delhi.
We're on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong grip on AI-driven design tools, creative prompt engineering, and an eye for efficient motion graphics and video creation.

What we're looking for:

  • Expertise in using AI tools to generate high-quality graphics

  • Understanding of prompt crafting

  • Experience in creating engaging motion graphics and short-form videos

  • A strong design sense and portfolio that reflects versatility and creativity

The Lead Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and managing graphic design projects, developing branding materials, designing logos, and working with typography. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure consistency in visual branding and maintaining high design standards. The Lead Graphic Designer will also mentor junior designers and oversee the production of design work to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Branding
  • Experience in Typography and its application in design projects
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
  • Experience in the Ecommerce industry is a plus
