Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area
  • 7-10 years' of overall experience minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as Architect
  • Understanding of complete data analytics stack and workflow, from ETL/ELT to data platform design to BI and analytics tools
  • Experience designing and developing performance-optimized data models
  • Experience with modern Cloud Data Architectures, Big Data Platforms, Microservices Architecture
  • Very good experience in any traditional and/or modern ETL/ELT tools
  • Experience in any reporting tools incl Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, ThoughtSpot
  • Cloud experience preferred (AWS or Azure or GCP).
  • Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area
  • Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, and consulting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences


Job Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deliver high-performance, highly-scalable and flexible, cost-effective, cloud-based enterprise business data and analytics solutions
  • Assess and understand the ETL/ELT jobs, workflows, BI tools, and reports
  • Define a high-level roadmap for modernization to Cloud Data Platforms along with a future state reference architecture
  • Improve existing data pipelines in the cloud for data transformation and aggregation
  • Guide the team to handle configurations for multiple departments/groups within a single environment stack
  • Lead data analytics team for implementing best practices and standard methodologies
  • Enable partners to make key decisions with accurate data analysis, reports, and presentations of key findings
  • Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business need
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationship with stakeholders
  • Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency
  • Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions
  • Provide technical leadership as it relates to developing strategy, scalability, performance, architecture and overall high-level design to ensure solution quality
  • Use standard methods of development spanning the full development lifecycle
