Role : Business Data Analyst

Job Description :


- Strong understanding of telecom operations, systems, and processes.

- Technical strengths to access data in databases etc..

- Proficiency in SQL and experience in analyzing the data.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to streamline operations and drive cost savings.

- Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), use cases, and other documentation to support solution development and implementation.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

- Participate in the full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and implementation.

- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings to facilitate communication and ensure a thorough understanding of business needs.

- Assist in prioritizing and managing project backlog, sprint planning, and release management activities.

- Provide support and guidance to development teams during solution implementation, including clarification of requirements and resolution of issues.

- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for business decision-making, including forecasting, trend analysis, and performance tracking.

Primary Skills :

- 4+ years professional experience with database, reporting tools and advanced spreadsheet skills

- Strong grasp on data structure and data integrity issues.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and work ethic for dealing with a variety of data issues

- Experience in business, financial, or operations analysis

Non-Technical Skills required :

- Strong Team Player working closely with Business and development team

- Good analytical & interaction skills.

- Sound statistical knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills are desirable.

- Good communication skills to be able to understand requirements and articulate solutions/feedbacks.
