We create affordable luxury skincare products that uplift confidence and deliver real results.We are now hiring a hands-on Content Creator who can independently create engaging, aesthetic, and high-impact social media content that resonates with today’s beauty consumers.Role OverviewThis is a creator-first role — perfect for someone who enjoys being in front of the camera, understands trends, can shoot/edit content independently, and brings a youthful, stylish vibe to the brand.You will work closely with the Social Media and Creative teams but will own the content pipeline end-to-end .Key ResponsibilitiesContent Ideation & PlanningDevelop fresh concepts for reels, product videos, tutorials, GRWM, unboxings, swatches, and trending formats.Stay updated on Instagram/TikTok trends and adapt them for the brand.Support the monthly content calendar with ideas and storyboards.Content ProductionShoot your own videos (self-shot and with team support when needed).Create aesthetic, skincare-first content showcasing products, routines, and benefits.Record voiceovers, scripts, transitions, before-after content, etc.Editing & Post-ProductionEdit reels, short videos, and photos using mobile or desktop tools (CapCut, VN, Adobe, etc.).Apply brand colors, fonts, and design language in all outputs.Deliver quick turnarounds for trend-based content.On-Camera PresenceComfortable appearing on camera for product demos, skincare routines, and lifestyle content.Confident, expressive, and able to communicate key product benefits clearly.CollaborationCoordinate closely with Social Media Manager, Designers, and Founders on campaigns.Shoot behind-the-scenes, founder stories, and product education content.Required Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role.Strong on-camera presence and confidence in recording self-shot content.Ability to independently shoot, light, style, and edit high-quality short-form videos.Deep understanding of Instagram Reel trends, transitions, audios, and formats.Aesthetic sense aligned with premium beauty/skincare brands.Experience creating content for D2C/Fashion/Beauty brands is a big plus.Familiarity with basic skincare concepts.Creativity, speed, and willingness to experiment frequently.What We OfferHigh creative freedom and a chance to become the face/content voice of a growing beauty brand.Opportunity to build a large portfolio of beauty content.A stylish, collaborative, and growth-minded work environment.Competitive salary based on skill and experience.
