Job Description :


HireVeda is a leading provider of SaaS management and identity governance solutions, empowering modern enterprises to manage their applications efficiently through a unified dashboard. Our platform is designed to enhance productivity, security, and governance for organizations worldwide.

Experience : 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Node.js and React.js.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and enhance the core application, adhering to best coding practices and standards to ensure maintainability and scalability.

- Design and implement new features while providing ongoing support and enhancements for existing functionalities.

- Design low-latency, high-availability applications that deliver optimal performance, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Take ownership of specific modules within the application, leading a small team to drive development and ensure project timelines are met.

- Establish and optimize development processes, streamlining workflows to facilitate team expansion and enhance collaboration with other departments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and develop a software solution that serves users across the globe, ensuring it meets diverse user needs.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience with Node.js and React.js, with a strong understanding of building scalable applications.

- Proficient in NoSQL databases (e.g. , MongoDB) and SQL databases (e.g. , PostgreSQL).

- Familiarity with Git for version control, Asana for project management, and Sentry for error tracking.

- Understanding of DevOps workflows and practices, enabling seamless integration and deployment.

- Prior experience managing a small team is advantageous, demonstrating the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

- Experience in architecting solutions for complex problems, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- A genuine enthusiasm for software development and a commitment to writing clean, efficient, and robust code.

- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to evolving project requirements
