Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for YouTube, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials. Work with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver videos that meet objectives. Add graphics, animations, effects, subtitles, and background music to enhance video quality. Ensure all videos are consistent with the brand's style, tone, and messaging. Optimize video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage and organize video assets, project files, and media libraries. Stay updated with the latest editing trends, transitions, and video content styles. Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to achieve campaign goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Film Editing, Multimedia, Communication, or related field (preferred, not mandatory). At least 1 year of professional video editing experience. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, and exporting for different platforms. Basic understanding of color correction, grading, and audio editing. Creative mindset with a good eye for storytelling, timing, and pacing. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation (preferred). Nice-to-Have Skills (Optional): Experience in 2D/3D animation or motion graphics. Knowledge of sound design and voice-over editing.
