Are you a seasoned UI/UX Architect with a passion for designing enterprise-grade experiences and deep exposure to the SAP ecosystem? We're looking for a strategic design leader to shape intuitive, scalable, and high-performing interfaces that power critical business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end UI/UX strategy and design for enterprise applications, with a strong focus on SAP modules (Fiori, SAPUI5, etc.).
* Translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centric interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
* Define and drive user research, personas, journey maps, and wireframes to ensure seamless user experiences.
* Collaborate with SAP functional/technical teams, product owners, and developers to ensure consistent implementation of UI/UX guidelines.
* Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and interaction patterns tailored for enterprise SAP environments.
* Stay updated with emerging trends in SAP UX, usability standards, and front-end technologies.
Required Skills:
* 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3+ years in an architect/leadership role.
* Strong expertise in SAP UI technologies – SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
* Proven experience in designing and delivering UX for enterprise-scale applications, especially in SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, etc.).
* Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure.
* Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks to collaborate effectively with development teams.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
* Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
* Knowledge of design thinking and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
* SAP certifications in Fiori or UX design.
