With expertise in managing complex managed staffing provider (MSP) programs, STCG delivers systematic approaches to implementation, access to top talent, and effective workforce solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer based in Mumbai with some flexibility of hybrid. In this role, the developer will design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements. Daily responsibilities include software development, integrating modules, optimizing business processes, and creating innovative programming solutions. The developer will collaborate with teams to deliver robust and scalable systems tailored to business needs.Development Responsibilities:• Build and configure business process flows (BPFs) to guide user workflows and enforce business processes• Create custom JavaScript customizations for forms, views, and user interface enhancements• Build automated workflows using Power Automate (cloud flows) to streamline business processes• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements• Build custom entities, workflows, business rules, and forms within the Power Platform ecosystem• Configure security roles, field-level security, and data access permissions• Develop Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications that integrate with Dynamics 365 data• Create custom reports and dashboards using Power BI and native Dynamics reporting tools• Perform data migration, system upgrades, and environment management across development, testing, and production instances• Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and maintain code documentation• Follow best practices for solution deployment, version control, and testing proceduresIntegration Responsibilities:• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsDeveloper Skills: • Proficiency in JavaScript and business process flow configuration • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Web API and client-side development • Understanding of CRM business processes and data modeling • Familiarity with Azure services and cloud deployment
