Skill: Java with EJB
Role / Tier: Tier 1
Designing and architecting scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions using Java, EJB, Microservices architecture, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and SQL technologies.
Collaborating with development teams to define technical requirements and system architectures.
Leading design and code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to architecture standards.
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to developers on best practices and emerging technologies.
Analyzing and resolving technical issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to improve deployment processes.
Conducting research and evaluating new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
Proven experience (10-12 years) in software development and architecture with proficiency in Java, EJB, Microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and SQL.
Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (, AWS) and serverless architecture is a plus.
Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases (, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certifications in relevant technologies (, Java certifications, Kubernetes certifications).
Experience in designing and implementing secure APIs and authentication mechanisms.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (, Kubernates, Harness or Helm).
Knowledge of frontend technologies (, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS)
