The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, proficiency with design tools, and the ability to turn concepts into compelling visuals.


  • Create designs, graphics, and layouts for digital campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and print materials.
  • Develop brand assets, logos, icons, and illustrations that align with the company’s identity.
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into visually appealing creatives.
  • Work with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements.
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
  • Ensure consistency in design and brand guidelines across all channels.
  • Prepare final graphics and layouts for publishing and printing.
  • Optimize graphics for web, mobile, and social platforms.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Suggest creative improvements to enhance brand identity and user engagement.
  • Experiment with motion graphics, UI/UX design, and emerging digital formats (optional).
