Job Title - Placement Manager - Corporate Resource Centre
Job Location - Gurugram & Greater Noida
Role Overview:
The Placement Manager at Corporate Resource Centre will play a critical role in shaping the career services department's strategic direction. This position requires a visionary leader with a strong understanding of industry trends, corporate relationships, and talent acquisition strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive placement strategy, fostering strong relationships with corporate partners, and providing leadership to the University placement team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic career services strategy to enhance student placement opportunities and employability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, industry leaders, and recruiters to facilitate job placements for students.
Must have a robust HR network to identify and engage potential employers for campus recruitment drives, networking events, and industry collaborations.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the University placement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of employment outcomes, industry connections, feedback, and partnership opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment between curriculum offerings and industry demands.
Stay abreast of industry trends, employment market dynamics, and best practices in career services to drive innovation and program enhancement.
Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of career services programs and initiatives, implementing changes as needed to optimize outcomes for students.
Required Qualifications and Attributes:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Higher Education Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in career services, talent acquisition, corporate relations, or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful placement strategies in a higher education or corporate setting.
Strong network of HR contacts, corporate partners, and industry connections.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze outcomes and make data-informed decisions
