Job Description

What you will be doing:

Maintain a hybrid role, balancing direct patient care responsibilities with administrative dutiesProvide clinical expertise and guidance to healthcare providersActively participate in patient care activities, including consultations, assessments, and treatment planningCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plansAllocate time effectively between clinical and administrative responsibilitiesLead and participate in multidisciplinary meetings, committees, and task forcesOversee provider scheduling, productivity, and efficiencyMonitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics, patient satisfaction scores, and population health outcomesEngage in physician recruitment, onboarding, and retention effortsFoster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing among medical staffRepresent the organization in external forums, conferences, and professional associationsCollaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives, business plans, and performance improvement strategiesExperience you will need:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical schoolBoard certification in a relevant medical specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics)Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of New YorkMinimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management roleDemonstrated expertise in population health management, healthcare analytics, and quality improvement methodologiesStrong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsProven track record of building collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders and driving organizational changeCommitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in healthcare delivery and workforce developmentAdvanced degree (e.g., MPH, MBA, MHA) or certification in healthcare management, population health, or related field (preferred)Experience working in a community health center, academic medical center, or integrated healthcare system serving diverse populations (preferred)Familiarity with value-based care models, accountable care organizations (ACOs), and alternative payment arrangements (preferred)Proficiency in healthcare IT systems, electronic health records (EHR), and data analytics platforms (preferred)Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
