Responsibilities:

Making Outbound Calls – Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers.

Inbound Call Handling – Answering customer queries and resolving issues over the phone.

Lead Generation – Identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and passing qualified leads to the sales team.

Explaining Products/Services – Clearly communicating features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Customer Follow-ups – Maintaining regular follow-ups with interested customers to close sales or ensure satisfaction.

Data Management – Recording details of calls, inquiries, feedback, and maintaining customer databases (CRM).

Achieving Targets – Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly calling and sales/conversion targets.

Customer Relationship Management – Building rapport, handling objections, and providing excellent service to enhance customer experience.

Feedback Collection – Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with the management team.

Compliance & Etiquette – Following company policies, call scripts, and maintaining professional communication standards.
