Site Civil Engineer

to oversee and supervise our civil engineering projects and help us achieve excellence in quality and timelines.

About the Role:As our Site Civil Engineer, you will be a key player in ensuring the successful execution of residential layout projects. You’ll oversee civil contractors, provide technical guidance, and ensure projects meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee and supervise the work of civil contractors on-site.Ensure timelines, quality requirements, and safety standards are consistently met.Provide technical guidance and support to contractors and resolve any technical issues.Design and plan civil engineering aspects, including stormwater management and infrastructure development.Manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with design and budget requirements.Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure standards are upheld.

What We’re Looking For:Minimum 5 years of experience in developing residential layouts.Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of handling multiple projects effectively.Ability to work collaboratively with teams and contractors to achieve project goals.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
