Job Title: Technician (AC & Electrical) Experience: Minimum 2 Years Salary: Depends Upon Experience Location: Trichy / Karur / Perambalur / Ariyalur / Kumbakonam / ThanjavurPosition Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician (AC & Electrical) to handle the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems and electrical equipment. The role requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing faults, and ensuring proper operation of both AC units and electrical systems. This position is ideal for individuals with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a service team. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair AC systems including split, window, and central units. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in AC systems and electrical wiring. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and safety checks. Install and repair electrical wiring, switches, control panels, and fixtures. Ensure proper functioning of electrical circuits, breakers, and distribution systems. Respond to service calls and provide timely resolutions. Maintain accurate service records and prepare reports on work completed. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Support other technicians and collaborate with the maintenance team as required. Essential Qualifications Diploma / ITI in Electrical / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in AC and electrical maintenance. Sound knowledge of electrical safety procedures and AC system operations. Skills Required Strong technical knowledge of AC systems (installation, maintenance & troubleshooting). Proficiency in handling electrical circuits, wiring, and distribution panels. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals. Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify faults quickly. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Physical stamina to work in field conditions and handle equipment.
