ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Controller to join our Finance team in Filtercat ( This position will work closely with our Holding in Spain as a trusted financial partner, strengthening performance, ensuring compliance, and guiding strategic choices.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cost management, business turnarounds, financial controls, and manufacturing sector accounting.KEY RESPONSABILITIESFinancial Management & Reporting- Direct accounting operations: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.- Deliver accurate and timely financial statements (monthly and annual).- Coordinate regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.- Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance and integrity.Audit & Compliance- Manage external audit processes, including IT and GST audits.- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.Budgeting & Forecasting- Lead the company-wide budgeting and forecasting process.- Analyze performance, investigate variances, and report insights to management.Operational & Strategic Support- Oversee banking relationships, cash management, and treasury activities.- Cash flow management and working capital control.-
