JOB DESCRIPTION Job Role: Maintenance Engineer Job Role ID: SECTION I: BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE JOB ROLE Job Role Variant: Sr. Engineer Maintenance Manager Job Position: Section Head Planning Job Position ID: Value Stream: Asset Operations Job Family: Manufacturing Sub-Job Family: Maintenance Grade/Level: I Location: Patalganga SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To implement maintenance processes and plan, schedule & manage all activities related to planned and unplanned maintenance systems and facilities, in a safe, efficient, and timely manner to ensure effective execution of maintenance work at site, as per the established REAM processes and procedures as well as overall operations quality, safety and regulatory frameworks SECTION IV: SUCCESS METRICS (TOP 3-5 KPI's) - Adherence to daily and weekly plan - Adherence to budget - Work Order Management as per plan - Inventory Turnover - Shutdown turn around time - On-time scheduled maintenance rate - Manpower / resource Productivity - 100% compliance on master data - 100% compliances on all statutory laws SECTION V: OPERATING NETWORK Internal: - Maintenance Team, Operations Team, Contracts Team, Procurement Team, Legal, HR, Finance, etc. External: - Consultants, Vendors, etc. SECTION VI: KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES Education Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical engineering preferred) Experience (Must Have & Good to Have) - Upto 3 years of experience in maintenance/ planning in similar or leading industries - Well versed with planning and scheduling systems/tools like SAP-PM, SAP-MM and MS Project Functional / Behavioural competencies required to execute the role Functional Competencies - Maintenance management including business processes and systems - HSEF and REAM Procedures - Understanding of risk based work selection Behavioral Competencies N/A SECTION VIII: CAREER MOVEMENTS Feeder Roles: Engineer Maintenance Possible Next Role Movement: Maintenance Manager - Planning
