Job description:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of leads and conversions.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Set sales targets and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand client travel needs and provide tailored recommendations and advice.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively.
  • Sales Operations:
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely booking of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
  • Manage budgets and expenses related to sales activities.
  • Product and Market Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry news.
  • Source and develop new products and services to meet customer demands.
  • Build relationships with travel partners, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹257, ₹1,134,039.76 per year
