Job description

Role- Peoplesoft Functional Consultants

Experience- 7+ Years

Location: 100% remote

Position: Contractual/ Fulltime

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication ability to set a clear agenda for a meeting, drive the meeting with key stakeholders to get information and effectively generate actions from the meeting, followed by detailed meeting notes and summaries
  • Requirements gathering discussing the requirements from the business, documenting in detail and summarising for leadership discussions
  • PPT skills create a presentation and deliver a presentation to large audience
  • Excel skills ability to analyse information (not detailed data) to be able to present volumes of transactions, quantify the impact of moving activities to SSC
  • Functional skills understand what needs to happen for a PeopleSoft PTP implementation from a functional perspective, how each part of the procurement process fits and what activities are required
  • Technical skills not necessarily coding the system, but ability to understand what a DOA is, what a chart of accounts is etc
  • Proactive does not need to be monitored on a daily basis to check on progress, understand the project plan and quick to pick up activities assigned to them
    Interpersonal skills build relationships with key stakeholders to drive results
    Ability work under pressure we are close to getting super busy with the project, and there are several deliverable due imminently
  • Ability to pick up things quickly – there will be shorter onboarding and knowledge sharing, there will be training material they need to absorb quickly and get ground running from day 1
  • Ability to ask questions when things are not clear, to help with their learning but also accelerate project milestones
  • Strong PTP understanding with PeopleSoft and Coupa Procurement
